Gran Cafe Florian in Norderney

Delicious food, ice cream and drinks ... and for moderate (island) prices. The service was very good and properly dosed. The establishment from the 90s costs one star. Highly recommended ❗

Any time. Restaurant clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Prices absolutely okay. The food was great! Rump steak to the point medium. Pizzas very tasty and good size. Since you sit in a large room with all the other guests, it is a bit louder, but it didn't bother us. Recommended !!!

We were family there for two evenings. Of course it's a little louder, but that didn't bother us. If you are looking for a romantic atmosphere, this is not the place for you. It's great, the conditions are very friendly, also with the children. Pizza, pasta and salad taste great too. We were satisfied, because sometimes you get a place spontaneously - even without pre-booking.

Ordered takeaway food, the fries unfortunately raw, just looked at the deep fryer. The gypsy sauce was not a gypsy sauce and unfortunately mushrooms from the jar with the hunter sauce. Unfortunately, the salad dressing only contained vinegar. By and large we were very disappointed ? ? ?

Very friendly service and very fair prices, almost too cheap. I ate a rump steak with a pepper sauce. Finally a pepper sauce that also contains enough pepper. It's really rare. :) Small minus point: The volume in the restaurant, especially in the full evening hours.

Whenever we find our way to Norderney, our first visit to a restaurant goes to Café Florian. A great menu with really delicious things, extremely brisk and friendly service, including the boss, and a great ice cream in the afternoon make the business the best all-round restaurant on Norderney for us. If you are not satisfied here, you are not at home either.

Fair prices for Norderney. Portions are very neat. It also tasted very good. Sometimes it takes a while if you want to pay ..... Pizza ice cream and tiramisu were very tasty. I can recommend it.

Solid Italian restaurant and ice cream parlor. The pizza lacks a little spice. On the other hand, the cappuccino is very tasty. The staff is generally quite friendly. There are better restaurants on Norderney. But also less good ones.

There is nothing to complain about here, the hygiene concept is adhered to, you are welcomed at the entrance and shown to the square, the wait staff are always very nice, the menu leaves nothing to be desired. The portions are plentiful and the pizzas are great, thin base and very generously topped ... The pasta dishes are also quite impressive ... For us, the Gran Cafe Florian is simply part of a Norderney holiday.

Super delicious ice cream! I can especially recommend passion fruit. Of the warm dishes I can only rate the pizzas so far and in my opinion they are perfect! The price-performance ratio is good. The only point of criticism: it is very loud in the restaurant. So if you want to eat in a quiet atmosphere, you should rather hope for one of the few seats in front of the restaurant.

Somewhat haphazard service. Should you now sit on a free seat or wait somewhere until you are led to a seat? Corona is hot. Food was very good and sufficient.

Italian restaurant in the middle of the pedestrian zone. Large selection of pizzas, pasta, meat and fish dishes. Friendly service, who unfortunately forgot to mention the contact details. The pizzas were big, but in my opinion a bit sparingly topped.

Very good food and ice cream, especially the pizza is great. Unfortunately you sit there in an absolute station atmosphere, always too loud and too crowded. If you want to sit in peace and have a chat with pleasant acoustics, you should go somewhere else.

Luxuriously furnished restaurant with always friendly staff. Large portions to fill you up and acceptable prices compared to other "island restaurants". Highly recommended!

Very good food. Plenty of choice and at an reasonable price as well. Out door and inside seating. Extremely fast service. Waiters speak a tiny bit of English. Also sells some very nice ice creams in many different portions.
